Positioning yourself in a place of Safety and Blessing

It is important today to find yourself in a place of safety, We are in what the bible calls perilous times, lawlessness, increase in crime, you just have to read the papers.
In this country we have seen things happening on such a scale, there were three policeman shot within 4 months.
The Christian needs a place of escape.
A place of safety and security
We have to position ourselves in the right place
It is all about positioning, where you are with God.
In Ephesians 1:20 which He worked in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His right hand in the heavenly places,
There is a place of blessing, a place where Gods power is made available to us; the Psalmist calls the secret place
Psalms 91
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High
Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress;
My God, in Him I will trust."
This psalm is so powerful, you cannot write songs like this unless you have an experience with God.
Three names of God are mentioned in the first two verses.

Elyon …the most high El Shadday …. The almighty the all sufficient God, he was known by this name to the Patriarchs. And the word Yahweh…the Lord

God is all sufficient…our God is Almighty and he is our Lord
In understanding these things, what kind of people should we be, we should never have any reason to doubt or question his ability and willingness to help us
There is secret place in God; there is a position in the Lord
We must endeavour to find that place

Exodus 9:3There is a difference between Gods people and the world,
Notice the difference, while the Egyptians are being judged and plagued, the Jews are untouched their cattle and children are fine; The Lord will never destroy or judge the righteous with the wicked.
There is a distinction
Noah and the flood
Noah was in a safe place, outside it was raining non stop, many were drowning, but Noah positioned himself in obedience to Gods word.
The Jews were in a secret place with the Lord, a safe place.
The question is what and where is that place?
I cannot give you the exact location, but I can give you the route,
The first main road is Obedience to his word, then you move onto the path of submission to his will, when you follow these directions, you will surely get there.
